Texas Blanc du Bois

A wonderful refreshing Texas white wine from grapes grown in Texas. Fresh, fruity, aromatic refreshing white wine. Blanc du Bois grapes are now growing in Tara's vineyard. Great for a sip of texas or with spicy foods.This is Tara's signature wine. From picking the grapes to bottling, the Pierce family has done it all with this one. This wine comes in both a semi-sweet and dry. The Blanc Du Bois Dry won third place in the 2009 Dallas International Wine Competition and third place at the 2009 Grapefest in Grapevine, TX.

American Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay is a smooth, dry Chardonnay; perfect for hot summer days. We make both an oaked and un-oaked style Chardonnay.

Angel's Kiss

Angel's Kiss is from the grape called Blanc du Bois with a citrus introduction, floral nose and a dry Chardonnay like finish.

Looking for something sweet and white? We have just the wine for you! After many people came by Tara looking for "something sweet" we made a wine called just that. This wine is light, citrusy and sweet, perfect for hot summer days.

Lenoir Blush

Lenoir blush is made from Black Spanish grapes grown locally in East Texas! Unlike many other blushes, Lenoir Blush is a dry, crisp blush with a tangy taste to it. Truly unique, don't miss a tasting of this locally grown wine.

Southern Sunset

Southern Sunset is a light, tangy sweet red wine blend made with Black Spanish grapes grown locally in East Texas as well as other varietals. It can be served either room temperature or cold and pairs well with barbecue food.

Sweet Scarlet Rose

Sweet Scarlet Rose is a full-bodied sweet red wine. It has been barrel-aged and possesses many of the characteristics of traditional red wines with a smooth, sweet finish. It can be served either room temperature or cold and pairs well with many food dishes or by itself as a sipping wine.

Stagecoach Red

Aged in Ameican Oak: This is a blend, with the varieties aged in American Oak and then blended. Stagecoach is made partially with local Black Spanish grapes harvested from Athens Texas. The wine has fruit forward aromas with nice smooth barrel finish. Served room temperature or slightly chilled.

American Merlot

A perfectly balanced dry red wine with complex wine notes. Perfect for any meal, cheese & crackers, or other hors d'oeuvres. This wine was aged in American Oak. (limited supply remaining, more to be bottled soon).

American Syrah

Que Syrah, Syrah!! Absolutely delicious well balanced red wine with a well rounded finish. Syrah was originally known from the Rhone wine region in France.

Gone with the Zin - American Zinfandel

A spicy full bodied red dark wine with intense depth that pairs with bold foods such as grilled steak, lamb, dark chocolate, and even sushi. This is Tara's best selling full bodied, hearty red wine.

Petite Syrah

Our Petite Syrah is our most complex red wine. It has a smoky aroma with hints of licorice and cherry. Due to its complexity, most everyone tastes something a little different in this well-balance dry red wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet is known as one of the world's finest red wines, with its depth of complexity and richness of flavor. It has a deep red color, with the primary taste being black currant. Traditionally aged in oak, the wine also takes on an oaky, vanilla flavor.

Cabernet Franc

Cabarnet Franc is deeper, heavier and richer than the Cabarnet Sauvignon. The Franc is best served with a hearty meal, pairing especially well with steak! We have limited quantities of this wine available, come get it while it lasts!

Barbera

Barbera is an absolutely delicious deep, Italian style red wine.

Cynthiana

Wine produced from grapes in East Texas, barrel aged, medium bodied with nice finish. Pairs richly with sharp cheddar cheese. (Only 25 cases bottled, limited supply for this year). - Currently Sold Out
